Home Visits

homevisitsAlthough GPs are not contracted to provide a 'Home Visiting' service; The Manor House Surgery continues to visit:

  • The terminally ill
  • Genuinely Housebound Patients
  • Patients too ill to attend because travelling by car would cause deterioration in their medical condition or unacceptable discomfort

If you feel a home visit is appropriate - please telephone the surgery before 10.30am and give the receptionist as much Information as possible to enable the GP to allocate priority to visits.

Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time that it takes to do a home visit.
