New Clinical System

We have recently commenced the process of changing our clinical system.  Our new system is called "SystmOne".

Our "go live" dates are 12th & 13th October 2021 and until this date the practice will undergo a huge change and there is a great deal of work happening in the background.

Unfortunately, some parts of the change process will impact on-line access (to appointments, ordering medication and accessing medical records).   We need to switch off all on-line services (prescription ordering, appointment booking and access to medical records) on Friday 24th September until after we go live.

In readiness to access on-line services again, we recommend you download and use the NHS APP asap which is available for –

iPhone at

Android at

We will be unable to register new patients from Monday 27th September until after we are "live" on SystemOne on 13th October.

Also, as we will be operating manual systems between 20th September and 13th October some of our processes may take longer to complete.  Please be patient during this time

GP Practice Staff are verbally threatened or abused by patients every day - please help us put a stop to this.  Without our staff, we can not operate!

Please treat them fairly - they are people too
